Corporate Social Responsibility

As a larger expression of its Mission and Core Values, is actively involved in a variety of public service projects in the Philippines. It started in 1999 when a group of Australian business friends along with Joe Riley started an annual Christmas feeding program for a number of Informal Settlers in Paranaque City, Makati. Commencing with a feeding program for 600 people in 1999 the group has now established the Cararoo Foundation Inc. Joe Riley

Managing Director

Joe’s started in the recruitment business in the Middle East in the early 80s. His background is in healthcare. Prior to founding, he held senior positions as Director of Nurse Education for A.M.I (USA), Director of Nursing As-Salam Hospital, Cairo, General Manager for Middle and Far East AMI, Director Education Austin Hospital in Melbourne and Director of Nursing, Austin Hospital. Among his qualifications are State Registered Nurse; Registered Nurse MD; Cert Ed London University; Dip Ed, Cardiff University; BA/Ed University of Wales. Examiner for the general nursing board for the UK.
